Change of Mind Returns or Incorrect Sizes.
We understand that sometimes things don’t work out. If you change your mind about your purchase or your items does not fit, we offer refunds for online orders, subject to the following terms:
- You may return your order for a refund within 4 weeks of the purchase date.
- To be eligible for a refund, the item must be in its original condition, unused, with all packaging and tags attached. The item must also be in a sellable condition. If these conditions are not met, a refund will not be issued in full.
- A restocking fee of $14.99 will apply to all returns. This fee helps cover the cost of shipping and processing the return and will be taken out of your refund.
- Returns are not available for any free, promotional, or SALE items unless they are defective. If a free, promotional, or SALE item is deemed faulty, we will offer a suitable replacement.
Please note that returns will not be accepted if stickers or labels are directly affixed to the product packaging. We cannot accept returns if the packaging is damaged or soiled. A deduction of 30% or more from the refund will be applied for returns received in non-sellable condition.

- For all Australian orders, simply start the process and generate your returns label here.
- Please ensure that the return label or any stickers are placed on the outside of the parcel and not directly on the product packaging.
- Once your return is received at our warehouse, please allow 3-7 business days for processing.
Defective Products
If your product is defective, please contact us to initiate a return. We will offer a refund for defective goods, or a replacement if they fail to meet the standards of acceptable quality.
To process your return for a defective product, you will need to provide proof of purchase and images of the defect to contact@xdmgworkwear.com.au.
International Returns
For international orders, exchanges are not available. We recommend returning the item for a refund and placing a new order for the correct item. Please lodge your return here.

- International return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a tracked shipping method for safe delivery. If you are unable to provide proof of delivery, we may not be able to process your refund.
- Please provide us all the tracking information on your return so we can keep an eye on it to contact@xdmgworkwear.com.au
- Once we receive your return, please allow 3-5 business days for processing.
